Dear Sir,
My account number is 909568430 . I have made complaints for two times
& yesterday one employee from Tata docomo called me for the final settlement payment . I paid 500.0 rs online for no reason for closing my account as final settlement but again they sent one more email for the remaining payment .
I brought the modem for Six month but after four moth my device was not working because of some technical issue & after long fight they issues another dummy USB modem after my six month period and it worked for two-three day & they sent two biils for some reason. For two to three day i made the payment of 500 rupees as final settlement & she also confirmed me that she will send email for the final settlement .
