timesjob not providing services which i have paid for

i got a call from timesjob.com to avail the services to get the interview call from the companies and for that i paid Rs1750 and i have wasted more than Rs4000 on calls to call the timesjob but they never solved my problem and i never got any calls or mail from any company. i have joined timesjob on 15 feb 2012 and they promised me that i will start getting calls withing a week but till today i didnt got any call. this company is totally fraud and they cheat innocent student.
