CHEATING CLEARTRIP

i am Dr samir baran das. i had exam on 1st dec 2013 at chandigarh so me and my friend SIDDHARTHA SINGH wanted to book a hotel in advance. As we had return train early morning on 2nd we decided to stay near railway station. so in cleartrip site i searched for hotel in chandigarh . and then i arranged according to price . it showed HOTEL ANANT NEAR RAILWAY STATION. SO i bookedthe hotel in my friend name siddharth singh as he was supposed to reach earlier than me. BOOKING ID 1311240309 voucher number CHMM-681863 on 24nov. on 28th morning before i start from chennai When went to take print out i was surprised to found hotel anant is not in chandigarh rather it is in KALKA which is 100km far from chandigarh . so i immediately called the customer care and told them the issue . so they cancelled the booking and assured me if it is fault of their system they ll return the whole amount . Even the customer care executive searched hotels in chandigarh and it shows hotel ananta as the first hotel in the list. and she told its system problem and she ll tell the issue to concerned department. and she told me to call back the next day . but i dint got any call. so i again called them after on 14th dec and the executive told they ll call back the next day . but i dint receive any call . on 19th dec i got a refund of Rs 728. But its their fault . how can they show a hotel present at more than 100km away in kalka as hotels in chandigarh. Its cheating . so i should get all my money refund i.e Rs 1370 .
