   I am customer of HDFC since more than 10 years and following are my details.

   Customer id: 38529142
   Name : Khalid Kazi

   I had applied for a personal loan around 3 days back and provided all the required documents. However it looks my loan application has not been initiated yet since I haven’t received any sms which we normally get as an update.

   Also when trying to contact with Loa processing officer, there seem to ignore the calls and not picking up after seeing the number.

   I smell something fishy and wanted to make sure that my documents are not misused.

   Also if the delay is deliberate, I am sorry to say that the service has deteriorated over a period and this is my worst experience with any private bank executives.

   UAP NUMBER on my form: 8889761

   Request you to look into this and let me know the true status so that I can process my loan through some other bank.

   Also I regret to say that I may not be able recommend Hdfc to anyone after this experience and also temper to change my salary account from Hdfc to icici.

   Please return my documents in case loan cannot be processed so that it cannot be misused.
