poor services offered

Hi. I have purchased a membership card from Simran’s Beauty clinic @ F-82-A, (Market, 1st floor), Sec-20, Noida, UP. At the time of marketing, they promised for 1st class product & services to be offered. I visited their thrice & every time I did not get promised product value as shown in the membership card. Moreover, their equipments were out of order and I was always asked to come next time.
