0branch at Kandivali east,Mumbai o 23 july 2012.It was adressed to my father sri Raghunath Mishra at Puri(odisha),PIN 752002,.they never delivered the letter at puri,and even my father had enquired at their puri office a number of times,but the persons their repeatedly tld him that the letter had not reached their office .Today on 08th August when I enquired their at Samatanager the fellows returned my lerrer asking that it has comeback from Bhubaneswar,and the pin number was out of reach.But it was a sear lie by them,the pin number 752002 is a subpost office very much within the city limit of Puri,and ther DTDC office is just 02 kms away from our house.The have never sent the letter to the puri branch and returning me the letter.even refused to return the fees of Rs.90/- charges collected for the purpose.It is a seer neglegence by the DTDC staff and I have suffered heavy loss as my son could not submit the papers in the college in time.I require that DTDC should pay ne sufficient compensation for this negelegence act.It should be enquired and they should ne penalised for this neglegence.
