We bought from www.naaptol.com product Binatone Spirit 110 for Rupees 399 payment against delivery vide order no. 4813173 dated 31st august 2012.
We did over phone enquired about this product and they confirmed to us that it has Caller Identification Display and hands free speaker system in this instrument.
When we received and paid the amount Rs.400 to the courier delivery boy. After we open it was a shock to see a simple instrument just dialing system and nothing else.
They cheated us. When we wrote to them they emailed us claiming that we should follow the instructions a lengthy system to follow and then they will replace the same instrument.
They are cheating us. We dont want this instrument and therefore we requested them to collect from the delivered address and give us the money back. They are not responding at all.
Please do help us is solving this problem
