Name of company/service: The Mobile Store,Nand Niketan Township,Hazira, Surat.
I have purchased one mobile model from “The Mobile Store” before 13 days.modal no.is samsung galaxy s7500.
After i purchased the phone, next day there was some problem in phone and i went to the shop and from there to the service centre and problem was solved. In service centre they told me that if same problem will arise, they replace the phone. Now software related problem arise again but they are not replacing the mobile phone and told me that we can just repaire it.
As per the samsung policy, if ther is any problem in mobile phone within four days of purchase,they replacing the phone. Now the mobile store and service centre’s people not giving me satisfactory answer. Mobile cost was 15900 rupees. Please help in this situation. I feel very helpless.
