Charging of extra cost inspite of free internet data remaining before the expiry of validity of internet packs

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Panjim, Goa&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: Vodafone</p>Sir, I Mr. Karan from Goa want to inform you that the well-known famous telecom service provider company of India i.e., Vodafone are charging me very high amount of cost when I use internet. But the problem is that even though my internet data balance is remaining and even my internet pack has not expired then how can they charge me extra amount. It usually happens on one-day valid internet packs. So I request you to kindly take appropriate and strict action on it and if possible try to refund my mobile balance along with some considerable amount of compensation for the inconvenience caused. My vodafone prepaid no. is 9637294153. I hope for that you will accept my request and take proper remediel action.
