Dear Sir,
my purchase of S3 on launch day in india on 04-06-2012 has turned out to be big goof up purchase i made in impulse trusting Samsung brand . Phone is nothing more than chinses upmarket with best cosmetic ! with mother board gone with 5 months now afte repair phone dying again what more can i derive !
when last time also i had given my phone at service centre there where 5 customers with faulty s3 , in my circle i have had same complaints ! i guess u r factory is mass production without proper research on hardware .
i just wann a ask u should i expect –
phone mother board dead in 5 months
same problem again after repair in months time
was i not better of buying chinese product as that is shelf life or better
is this what samung pride in
is this what samsung experience is all about
if u r answere is no please compensate me for my loss of data , time and money
i am writing to you for fast resolution where as i have option of consumer courts which is slow more beneficial to me and lot of damage to Samsung !
if u pride in being in charge of Quality customer centric company SAMSUNG pls revert back

Dear All,
i have not got single revert on mail sent . Today i had got call from 9871536094 from samsung the person on line explained to me that my phone will be repaired and sent to me and he says just because i mark mail to senior does make me qualify for replacement !
sir i had not marked u mail not only for replacement , i also wanted to test response of company at senior management level — as to what kind of customer satisfaction level does senior management want Samsung to live up to . What with luke warm response it is quite evident that at senior postions also u r company non customer centric . u are as proud of samsung brand image and brand name as a normal front line technician all call centre exec .
its quite evident that my phone after replacement of mother board just 20 days back going dead is a defective peiice of hardware why am i made to suffer ! was trust at samsung product my fault , than trusting that genuine repeated problem brought to senior management will result in putting wow experience to there customer !
forget about loss of data , time , productive hrs wasted on korean junk !
i will wait for response than will publish this mail to all social media sites , print media . I may be wrong in my judgment but once i publish this mail let public in general make there own judgment and decide !
