Hi Sir/Madam,

I am Manoj Tiwari from Faridabad, Haryana. I ordered a laptop with following detais from Timtara.com:

1.Product details: Sony VAIO E Series SVE15113EN Laptop (Black)(E15113)
2.Date of purchase: 10th Sep, 2012
3.Order number: 10323460
4.Cost of damage: Rs. 27,391
5.Mode of Payment: Cheque
6.Your Residence Address/City: 98a, 2nd Floor, Sector – 11C, Faridabad,-121006
7.My Mobile no- 9871118804

I have placed my order on 10th Sep, 2012 and till now i have not received my product. I went to faridabad consumer court but the officials said that i need to file the complaint at noida consumer court. I had a word with the reputed advocate also and he said, even if i file the complaint but after 3 months of proceeding at the end i will need to file the complaint at noida consumer court. I dont know what to do next. I am a service class man and I can’t spare more time by taking leave to get my hard earned money back. I have been trying to contact them but its of no use.

Please help me as you are my only hope left.

I had purchased a camera from timtara for Rs 18430. After months of non delivery and trying to get my money back after order cancellation, this is what I discovered:

1. timtara.com is only a online front name.
2. The actual company name is Infosecure Pvt. Ltd. Located in Noida.
3. The company address is given in the website.
4. the money you pay is never charged to any one of these 2 companies.
5. themoney goes to a 3 company, Atom Payment gateway, which again seems to be just a front.
6. Atom has 2 officies, one in Delhi and one in Mumbai.
7. The Mumbai office is responsible for refunds. Their number for customer care is 02266864095.
8. All 3 companies act independently and have separate customer care.
9. Timtara.com customer care does not have any information or authority and will keep asking for 24 working hrs or 3 working days time to give you any info. Number is 01356670700
10. The infosecure customer care number is 01204267286. they will never pick up.
11. If you go to the Noida office, more than once, you stand a chance to get your money refunded. This happened for me afer the 2nd visit.
12. I also found out the contact for some one high up in the infosecure management, and after writing a mail to him, My refund process was initiated. The contact is:

13. Even after the refund is initiated, Atom payment gateway might take their own sweet time to refund the money. You might need to keep calling them to get a bank refernce id.

I got my money back after about 3 months of making the payment. Please try what I did, and maybe you might get your refund as well.

I ordered on 26th Feb ’13 the purchases worth Rs.20000/-
I keep on contacting the timtara number but they don’t have any answers as u said..
Will call n mail the info secure guy…
