Charged more

I booked a ticket in flight 9W – 317 from Mumbai to Chandigarh for 9.7.2009 through Clear trip website, the ticket amount of Rs 6253.92 was charged to my credit card, the ticket was issued to me at 10.35 am on 29.6.09. When I went to the cleartrip website again after 15 minutes (around 10.50 am) I found the fare plus taxes for the same flight and same day are reduced to Rs 2905 only ( i.e. less than half the charges charged to me ij my ticket). Since I have booked thru cleartrip website, hence upon speaking to Cleartrip representative, I was told that jet airways policy changes without notice. i tried to contacy jet airways representative also but did not get a satisfactory response. I do expect that any changes in fares are informed to all thru public media or on their websites, the airlines indicating the reductions or increase they have in mind in the fares. I request you to take up with jet airways/cleartrip for refund of the excess fare charged to me and the airlines be asked to inform thru public media as is done in railways about the reduction in charges expected on future dates.
