When I requested Sun DTH for adding Star Cricket, I had specifically informed them that I require the channel only for one month. I never kept any track of the expiry date and the connection continued. To-day I was surprised when they informed me that I did not remind them 48 hours before the due date and therefore I have to wait for one more month and remind them again – 48 hours before the next month due date. As I cannot keep any track of the due dates, I asked them to disconnect but they won’t credit my account proportionately for the unexpired period. They informed me that it is not their policy.
It is very difficult to get through their customer service numbers. The login part of the window does not open. I request the readers to help me resolve the issue.
