Channels not provided

I am cutomer of Dish TV last 6 months. My VC No is 01518654028 and my mobile no is 9990317966. Yesterday I was rechaged of this tv 250 Rs but channels are not provided yet. I contact customer care number so many times but customer are reply always that it’s technical problem. I have very tired please help me.
