BALANCED RELATED COMPLAINT

Dear sir,MY AIRCEL MOBILE NUMBER IS 7031917684…whenever i am doing recharge of this number.10 rs balance minus from this number without any reason..when give to complaint to aircel customer care,they tell me..that i was download animation..but my number is switch off since 14.07.2014..and switch on it 14.07.2014 at 6pm after..how it is possible..and there was no confirmation message,that i was download any animation. that 10 rs balance minimus from my number..when i check my balance i can know..pls help me..i want to return my balance..
