office is closed and no response in call

hi..I have ordered a product at online shopping website named “Shopclues.com” order number 15334375 which was shipped by courier service “Gati” with tracking number 276353058 on 20th june’14. the assured delivery for this order was 30th june’14. but due to rainfall its got delayed and they have updated revised assured delivery to 1st july’14. One week back the local gati courier personal called me that I have a parcel and he showed me my payment slip but couldn’t find the product in his van..he told sometimes it happens and we will call you back with the information. But I didn’t get any response and when I call them they just cut the call. I went to their office which is at Jagannath Mandir rd, nagaon, many times at office time but its closed. while I tracked the courier its showing its arrived the destination city on 9th july’14. Even though the office is just 2kms away from my place I am not getting any information regarding my courier. I have also registered a complain to Gati head office with complaint number 13115885. they called me 2days back assuring me the product will get delivered within 24hours. I am helpless. please help me out with this for which I will always be grateful to you.
