Aircel Stole my mobile balance every day

Dear sir, MY AIRCEL MOBILE NUMBER IS 9804320389.
Aircel Stole my mobile balance every day. In last 7 days they stole near about Rs 250. In last 3 year they stole my balance without any reason. When I contact to complaint to aircel customer care, they describe unnecessary excuse.I recharged unlimited pack. Still now Aircel Stole my mobile balance every day.
Please check this matter.
