Hi,
I applied for BSNL Landline in august month, which took about a month and a half to get completed. Now i have applied for broadband connection on Oct 1. But its been 10 days and there hasnt been any communication from BSNL side. Whenever i call them, there is a new excuse ready..either there system is not working..or someone is on leave..or its raining..or they will call back. But its been 10 days and there hasnt been any progress. I am really fed up of this process. If possible please help.
