on 22/09/2012 i have booked 320GB seagate desktop HDD in rediff shopping(vendor-Gupreet singh) Order No-7417295 i have received the item on 03/10/2012 open the box on 03/10/2012 the box contain only 250GB HDD suddenly i informed the customer care number 18002662333 as per the instruction i have mailed to [email protected] through [email protected] .several time i contacted the seller on his mobile number9350380655 and mailed to his mail id [email protected] but no response from seller then i contacted the customer care no help from cusromer care.Kindly help me to resolve the problem
