My borad band not working from 2 nd June.I have placed complaint with BSNL customer care 1500 four times..but without attending the fault ,Rajakilpakkam exchange closed the complaints causally inspite of my repeated calls to JE and other staff. Due to this i am forced to buy Tataphoton spending 2000/- for emergency use.I have paid BSNL under one year advance payment..Will BSNL compensate my loss due to their lethargic attitude?
