Name of company/service: Reliance India Mobile
I am using RIM CDMA mobile from the last 2+ years & from the last 5-6 month’s, every month my A/c balance is being deducted for some “Voice Pack Renewal” amounted Rs. 27, which I’ad never applied or activated in my life.
Every month I filled complaint on their cc Number & get’s my money back after 3-4 calls & also the assurance that it won’t happen in future.
But nothing has been done from their side till now as my issue is still un-resolved.
I’ad had also draft a mail over their mail id regarding the same & got assurance from there also but I think a assurance is waste without any actions over the same.
Many time there “Customer care executives” also tole me that “this is happening because I have opted for the said service’, but why keep on repeating same mistake even after 20-30 requests of from my side for the deactivation of that particular service.
Every month they people are giving me my money back & deducting also.
Mentally I am all harassed with this & need certain permanent solution.
