Brand Not Giving me Solution

Dear Sir

I bought a Lenovo K3 Note from Flipikart, after 36 days handset’s left side screen not working properly.
It took 5 days to contact directly customer care executive, meanwhile I was trying to contact Lenovo customer care toll free no (180030007678) but the whole day it went busy.
I visited to Lenovo service center twice but due to unavailability of spare parts they couldn’t help me.
I asked them plz give me in written but they denied.
Sir plz help me as none of them are helping me.

    Every day flipkart’s customer care team contact me and asks “sir plz give me 24 hrs time we shall revert you”.
    Next day again any other executive calls me repeat same statement.
    Either replace the product or return my money.

    Kindly help me…..
