on 14-04-2014. On 13-04-2015 The led stopped working totally. So we registered a complaint on the toll free no . they told us that a person from company’s side would visit on 14-04-2015. On 14th the person visited our home and told us that led panal was damaged totally.so we asked him to replace it And further asked him to increase our warranty time . At that moment that person agreed totally. .and told us that within 2 or 3 days parts would be replaced. and then the person left. On the same day we got a call from the same person and he told us that as product warranty has expired on 13-04-2015 so its warranty couldnt be exceeded but as we launched the complaint on 13-04-2015 .the part would be replaced without any charges.. then the part got replaced after 2 or 3 days. .on 29-12-2015 the LED again stoped working totally. .we again called to samsung care
The next day the person visited our home and total us that the same part which got replaced on april 2015 , has damaged again .and noa this time the cost will be 15 thousanD. We purchased the led of around 33 thousand. . Just think with one year the product jas stopped working.
Then they replaced the part and again that part stopped working within few months. .they are charging this much of amount to get it repaired. the part they replaced was in bad conditikn .yhey didnt replaced it with the new one. They used the bad part. Now what is the gaurantee tgat again when it will get repairr, it will ladt lost. We have spent our 33 thousand for buying this led. And now they r charging half of tge amount to make it done. . They are fooling us. Kindly help us. The original led lasted for only one year. Then after replacing the part it lasted only 7 months. Samsung has made us fool by selling a bad product then providing a bad servicing. .
