I bought a Blakberry torch(356200040014942) set on 25. 10. 11 which costed me Rs 26700 (TIN NO-09265701806, Book No -3,Bill no 146) From Electroworld communication solution ,G1 Ground Floor, Savitri market ,Sector 18, Noida 201301,(Tel-0120-2591685,2512064) , after using for around six months it started hanging and now its touch pad has stopped working .I submitted it to customer service cente (Satyam communication ), J-34 near Satyam Stage Mall Sector 18 noida UP on 21. 09.12 , they charged me Rs 220, and returned me back the mobile set alleging me of putting the set in water, which is not the case albeit i can say that it might have got some moisture during rainy season , which is not my fault .I bought such a costly handset which should be moisture proof as even low costing cells are are moisture proof like nokia .I m not able to use it and i feel its the duty of the blackberry company and their dealers to give me a new set or atleast repair it as it is in warranty period . Plz do the needful for this i will be grateful , and do reply i m waiting.
