My no is 9594682000

I had applied for number portability in the month of Dec 2012 as I want to switch from idea to some other service provider who are offering me better services are reasonable rates.

My sim card is also inactive and I am not able to use it.

I have registered a online complain with idea but I have not received any response on my complaints regarding the portability.

Irrespective of that I am receiving bills on regular basis even when the number is inactive.

Every time I emailed to idea customer care regarding this they just ignored my queries and just told me to pay the bill. I have not yet received any updates on my portability as well. When I asked customer care to provide me with the nodal officer number they told me they do not have the contact details

first and foremost i have the right to get the number of the nodal officer which is not being provided. Secondly none of my queries are being resolved by customer care and they are simply forcing me to pay the bill for the inactive sim. I want to settle down the issue and get the portability done.

    On 22 March 2013 I had got call from the Idea customer care and they had asked me to pay Rs 200 and settle down the permanent disconnection issue.

    As per the discussion I had done the payment and also submitted the permanent disconnect form the the Idea executive on the same day.

    I have emailed the scanned copy of receipt and permanent disconnection form to idea customer care

    As per the Idea representatives the case was closed.

    But today I was surprised to receive a call from number 9717767558 who refereed himself as Mr Tyagi calling from Delhi and told me that Idea has filed a complain against me and the case no is Dc 54/13. He told me that I need to pay Rs 450 to idea and settle the issue.He then gave me another number 9717686583 and told me to speak to some Payal. When I called up on 9717686583 the lady told me to pay Rs 450. I told her that i have done my settlement on 22 March 2013. I also gave her the respective receipt number and details.

    Honestly this is a mere harassment to me as a customer. Even after clearing all the payment and submitting the permanent disconnect form and getting all the formalities done, I am being harassed through phone calls and all this drama. Legally when as a customer If I have done all the formal closure, no case can be filed against me.

    This shows that there is communication gap within the Idea related to customer data.

    I need a nodal officers number. I have been asking for the nodal officers number since so many months but all in vein.

    I would request Idea to stop all the harassment which is being caused to me. This is the least I can expect as customer. If it is not stopped then I will have to take some serious and appropriate action.
