About activation of gprs pack though bal was not there

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: Jalgaon&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: TATA DOCOMO</p>7276879866-I had a complaint that when i activated gprs pack of 77rs my bal was 69 rs in my sim card i got a msg that due to unsufficient balance ur pack cannot be activated.Please recharge and then try again.what it means that when u put balance in ur sim u should try activating the pack again but when i recharged my number docomo automatically activated the gprs pack without giving any any intimation that when u will put bal we will automatically activate the gprs pack u didnt gave any information regarding it so i request u that its a cheat with the customer that without asking the customer u activate the pack so i request u to refund my balance as soon as possible my no is 7276879866 u can contact me on this number u dont have the right to activate packs on our number
