HARASSING CONSUMERS WITH IRCTC FAULTY SYSTEMS

As I have given complains so many times till now there is no action from your side. This is my last request to you. If I will not get refund of my money back I must go to consumer court to file a complain against you as always you are doing like this and harassing me. Before also train was late due to naxalite attack and passengers not travelled but there is no refund. now also train is late that is your fault and you had not informed me about this as this ticket is booked in IRCTC and I have given my mobile number. its your duty to inform regarding train cancellation. And also the failed transaction/failed booking ticket refund comes back after 4-5 days, who will pay the interest of that blocked money with you.
