Billing Problem and harassment

Hi, I had taken a reliance data card(9015166852) in 2012 but in the month of July 2014 I had asked them to stop the services but despite of it they continued services and keep generated the bill. When I asked them why are you generating the bill their response was very unacceptable.

They have been harassing me from last three months and now I got a call that they will be send some legal notice to pay the outstanding which never related to me.

I am going through lot of stress by receiving such call response such a reputed organization.

I never wanted to escalate this matter but I am compel to raise my voice…

I request you to pls help to get rid of this problem and take the necessary action.
