On 28-September-2014, I placed an online order for a mobile phone from website www.snapdeal.com paying the full amount through credit card. The order number given by the website is #2947630674.
The shipment did not reach me even after a week. I sent a mail to snapdeal ([email protected]) enquiring about this. They said “Your product has already shipped by the seller, however it has been delayed by the courier service due to reasons beyond our control.”
The courier info they provided is as follows:

AWB Number – 11000662
The courier website shows the message “No POD available”. I tried contacting the courier company over phone but they are not responding. Once took the AWB number and immediately the call was cut. I re-tried calling them 20 times but no response. Then I wrote emails and submitted online form to further try to communicate with snapdeal over 5 times but I got no further response for any of my queries and requests.
So while I paid full amount for this product to snapdeal, they did not deliver the product. First and last time I will ever use their website.
