Name of company/service: TATA DOCOMO

I logged a request with TATA after being frustrated with incorrect plan and billing to close my number nothing has happend, below is the trail mail.

This is very frustrating and very annoying, I had put in a request on 16th last month for the cancellation of my number after which i got a call from the settlement team who promised me a waiver so far i have not got any waiver and my outgoing has started again which was closed.

I have again got a bill where in i have not used any services.

Can you please tell me why is it taking so long to resolve my issue…. and I had requested for closure of my number for which my outgoing was closed, I got a call some time back from “+917961600151” stating my outgoing has started again.

Why is this confusion.

Sir,

My Tata Docomo nnumber is 8655285551, This is a Cooperate number. I had
activated 499 plan with 2 GB data free, this was confirmed by your
executive. I has specifically asked for the plan which gives me 2 GB data
free. now i am told my bill is 15** + I am being charged for data usage.

I also recollect i had put in a complain in the complain book in the TATA
DOCOMO galary at Marol on Saki Naka road for the poor level of service by
the executive on the day i had gone to change my plan.

This is totally not acceptable. I have payed all my bills on time. I am not
going to accept this bill.

Request you to please look into the matter, if left with no option I will
have to approch the consumer forum.
