Housefull furniture ( housefull.co.in) fraud

Location/place: Bangalore

Name of company/service: House Full Furniture / Housefull.co.in

Booked a Dinning table on 7/4/2013 on House full.co.in. Order no : 9953/2013/940. No response, even after 15-16 days. They have not updated the order status till date. Neither they respond to my call with exact date of delivery nor they are refunding my money.

Response from CC team is very pathetic. No contact numbers of Higher – ups. Pls help me with the refund ASAP. Pls take action on Mr. Sumit ( MD ), Sanjay ( CEO) and Ms Swathi ( Mktg head) for cheating public.

    Hello. I too placed an order and payed 6380 Rs by credit card. Same situation. No update, no reply on chat, no reply on phone….see chat transcript below….they just dont reply…
