Name of company/service: Airtel
First problem:
Whenever my Balance goes below Rs 10.My call gets disconnected and i cant make any calls or send any sms.Recorded voice says my balance too low to make a call.
1).Assuming my handset has a problem that it shows more balance even when balance is i tried using ‘loan service’
Airtel has a service of taking Loan in which they gift Rs 10 in main balance when balance is low.But when try activating that it says my balance is not less than Re.1 and i cant activate loan service.
2).Again when i call them they tell me to switch off the packet data connection.I did that still the same problem continues.
3). When i talk to customer care again that problem is not rectified they told me to contact nokia and said my handset has problem.
Second Problem:
In the network option my cell usually shows that i am getting spice network.Though i have airtel connection.
Caaled customer care they told me change the network operator selection manual and then choose airtel.
After two hours it was again showing spice though the option was manual.
I am tired of calling them asking for solutions please do something early.
I have been facing these problems from past one year.Please do something.
