BEST MISLEADING CUSTOMER CARE AND WRONG BALANCE DEDUCTIN

I had recharged through uninor officail website for Unlimited WhatsApp pack for 7 days on 16 dec 2014 @ 16:41. but still my balance is deducted when ever I use whatsapp, please note that I am not downloading any thing nor using any other browsing service.

I called three times to your customer care but all the times I got a new response.

1st Response (time 20:03 duration 13:12)-: Sir this service will take 24 hrs to activate on your number as you have recharged from website, its better from next time you use USSD code for this (Here your executive is declined the service provided by your official website) and after some discussion suddenly “UNINOR MEI CALL KARNE KE LIYE APKA DHANYAWAD” and call disconnected

2nd Response (time 23:51 duration 07:38)-: Sir there is a option in Whatsapp for auto synchronization you need to dis-select that option, if you do so then only your balance will not deducted. I told him that I have already disabled this option from phone and there is no such option in whatsapp, but he insist that please check the setting option in whatsapp you will find , if not call back us we will surely help you.

3rd Response (time 23:51 duration 11:13) (just after 5 min from 2nd call) -: When I told him I need to registered a complaint he told me that we can’t registered your complaint as our system is down since last 1 hr and will be on updation so please call us after 5hr and his behaviour was very rude as I am asking credit from him and again suddenly “UNINOR MEI CALL KARNE KE LIYE APKA DHANYAWAD” and call put on hold.

Please note that duration include complete call time where we listen to your irritating message. And now i am not able to connect to complain care number.

Please let me know-:
(a) Is it my mistake to get recharge from your website?
(b) What I need to do in this matter?
(c) If its your system default why should I suffer?
