Aircel is totally fraud one company

From past few days aircel has charged rupees for downloading and pack activation without any charges conformation initially.Company must conform whether you want to activate or not.When i contact with the customer executives twice,a totally disatisfied reply was given.I want only that please please please conform atleast twice to start any service during net surfing .It shouldn’t charged with only one click . Also i want my valuable money. Totally fraud
