I am Balaji Ekbote, from Pune.
My grievance is against “SADGURU LANDMARK PROJECTS PVT. LTD”.
I booked a flat with the promoter in Vadgaon, Maval Pune with sales agreement done on 20th Oct. 2012.
Out of total cost of flat, I paid Rs. 4,34260/- and for remaining amount I am applying for housing loan.
Since date of sales registration (20th Oct. 2012), the promoter has not shown any progress in
construction.
Now promoter is asking me to cancel the sales registration and willing return amount paid by me without
any interest, although promoter has used it for 1 year.
I am ready to proceed with house loan to pay remaining amount of total cost of flat.
Please help me.
