I have taken prepaid service for internet from Tikona company in March 2011 for 6 month, after 6 month it was disconnected and I also not called to extend the service, after 3-4 month one tikona person visited my home and ask to submit half of money of 6 month package but I told him that I have not asked for the service so I have not pay he convinced and returned,
In 2013 I had got several call in 2-3 month frequency that you have to pay 40000-400000 due to your case has been registered in Patiala court Delhi (latest call was from mobile no. 8890758184), if you pay 3711rs we will close this otherwise polish will knock your door any time, I was feared and submitted the amount as they told on TIKONA site, as they had generated one ID (ID NO.1103413539)for above, they have told me that NOC will be provided, which still I have received.
1. I have received threaten calls for polish action
2. They have not send any bill but asking for money.
3. Threaten for court case.
I want my money back and reimbursement for mental harassment
