sir/madam ,
I am a graduate in Btech and have just completed it in june 2012 and attended a recruitment drive conducted by basier it systems at kochi.They told me to pay an amount of Rs20000 in the name of ELITE CAREER SERVICES at PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK. When enquired the company is registered at the ministry of corporate affairs in the name of ‘basier it systems private limited'(CIN-U72200AP2012PTC081816 and registration number=081816.They recruited
nearly 250 students for bangalore location,nearly 150 students for pune and cochin location.
They gave us the offer letter according to which we will be paid Rs17500 per month during training.They told us to report on 12th july for java training at Cannypro solutions,near sony world,bangalore.I joined the
training on 12th july.
now my concern is that i think the company is fake because of the following:
1).The company doesnot have an office at bangalore to accomodate these 250 students.
2)After nearly 20 days of our training ,they again recruited another 250 students for bangalore loacation.
3)We havenot received the salary they promised us to pay us by 28th july.When we enquire about the salary they keep on extending the date by 2-3 days and now they are telling they
will be paying us by 28th august.The reason they say is that PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK is taking a lot of time in processing our salary account.
4)Today we received a mail from basier kochi office according to which our salary date has further been extended to 2nd september.
5)When we enquired at PNB,they said that they had processed the salary account of first list of 170 students,but the company till now has not even credited the minimum amount(100) which is recruired to activate the account and provide ATM cards.PUNJAB NATIONAL BANK has said that they will not process any further accounts of the next list of students till the company pays the minimum salary account amount.
6)Today our training institute too stopped training us due to lack of payment by Basier it systems to Cannypro solutions.

which again is a lame portal as if an amature has made it.The website is also not complete.Many of the links dont work.
7)In their website they have a requirement of a content writer for kolkata location.But the company doesnot have its office in kolkata.
Sir,we are 250 students in bangalore who paid this 20000 and joined the training on 12th.We have the bank payin slip with us.When we call at kochi recruitment office,they are not attending our calls(phno-04846461330,04846538964)We donot know how to proceed legally.Please help us.

Sir/Madam, Please help us.They are not responding anyway whenever we tried via phone its switched off and they are not replaying to mail.most of all paid the 20k .

We visited your Basier office @ Cochin on Monday(27.8.12), and verified the
documentations to find that Anirudh has not benefited from the
transactions till date, rather he has created huge dept. And he is not
available for any form of communications.
If we are able to communicate with him by Monday (3rd September), and
If we get some fund from him, we will continue the program as per the MOU
with Basier.
If this doesn’t happen then our plan B is as below:
All who are interested in finishing the course will have to pay Rs. 3000/-
each and cooperate to reduce the cost by bringing your laptops. We will
Complete the entire program as was planned (Theory, lab and mini project).
Please answer these below question as a reply to this mail.
a) Will you be interested in Plan B.
b) Will you get your laptop and would you mind sharing it with your
Colleagues.
In either case, we are planning to resume the classes from Monday (3rd
September).

We are also trapped in bangalore. We around 150 persons also recruited by the same offering 15k salary each month . Every one paid 20k and got screwed. They said the training wil start by 21st in SEED INFOTECH. But they haven’t started till yet .When enquired to SEED , came to know they haven’t paid the training fee.
When we tried to contact them , their phones are switched off.

TODAY MY FRIENDS WENT TO COCHIN OFFICE BUT ITS CLOSED WHEN WE TRIED TO CONTACT COMPANY LANDLINE NOS ITS SAWITCHED OFF AND 1 OF COMPANY ADMIN LADY SAID LIKE WHEN WE GET SALARY THEN 1LY WE LL OPEN COMPNY.. WHAT WE VE TO DO?
It has been told that the company electricity bill has not been paid,that’s y they r not opening…what shld v do
Hello friends just listen, One of the admin officer resign the job 2 weeks ago and the other two decide to leave the job soon,One more important news there were no senior s/w engineer have selected for the company yet to the project.. it is impossible to do projects with the help of Freshers.. then lot of mysteries behind this company just think about this ok…..

I think the company is fake. we are joining in basier it systems pvt ltd company in 27th june 2012. Till now we did not get salary. 3 weeks before we got a mail about the salary that is send by Anirudh.d.(company MD). The mail is as follows……..
Dear basier employee,
Due to some delay from some receivables last month salaries are got delayed. So all the salaries related to last month will paid by 2nd of September. And current month salary will be paid by 12th of September. So all the employees kindly cooperate and continue the duties.

ya ANYYAN($$$), what are the mysterious thinks behind this company pls narrate those thinks!!!!!!!!!!……..and many of them suffering a lot due to this company. we can expect a necessary action soon !!!!!! pray for the preys
