Name of company/service: Electrolux

I purchased Electrolux fully automatic top load washing machine last month. I raised a complaint (EGZB1908120063)on 19 Aug for vibration and loud noice. I asked Customer care guys to please mention in the note that Me and my wife both are working, so please send somebody before 1 PM . I also requested them to send somebody next day if possible, as it’s a public holiday.

Next day morning I got a message that Arun would be coming for repair .Mobile number (9810759877), that they mentioned doesn’t even exist. Then I kept calling service center guys and they told me that since I stay in Vaishali , they can’t come before 2 PM . Then also nobody came and I kept asking service center guys about status but they kept telling me that, he will come in 1 hr or 2 hr. Then I called them at 6 PM and they told me that Arun can;t come and they are sending Praveen. At 7 PM they told me that even Praveen can’t come and they will send him tomorrow.

Then next day I called Customer Care and I talked to escalation Manager Soumya and he told me that he will call back with status, but he never called back. Later, Praveen came at 1345 and after opening the entire washing machine, he told me that he will come tomorrow and left the entire washing machine open. Then next day again despite my comment to send somebody before 1 PM, nobody came. I again called-up service center and my call was escalated escalation manager Sumit. He told me that, he will call me back before 6 PM with updated status, but as usual I didn’t received any call.

Can you please expedite this request.
