This is to bring your notice that I am a customer of Vodafone services with number 9873095346.
For the billing cycle ending 19-20 Aug 2012 , the bill amount received indicates an Internet charge of 4603 INR .
The data consumption as per Vodafone data balance as on 19th day of August 2012 was 1881MB approx.
When contacted at vodafone office it was said that the data usage sent was ‘approximate’.
Approximate – nearly exact , that is what approximate means.
The Internet voucher entitled me to 2048 MB and as per the bill received it declares that the 2GB was consumed
itself on the 14th Aug 2012.
There’s a discrepancy to the tune 667 MB i.e 32.568% and that is nowhere near approximate , rather it is
misleading.
