Balance Not Received

I got my phone recharged online from official website of reliance with Rs.76. As per the plan I am entitled to get Rs. 66 + 66 MB 3G data for 30 days & I didn’t received any thing.
I had words with customer care, as per them plan has been changed & website is not updated.
Now they are not ready to credit my account with benifits I am entitled to.
Please do the needful to me.
