NO Balance Received since 5 days

I made online recharge of Rs. 76 on 3rd or 4th September.
For which i was supposed to receive 75 MB data+ Rs. 66 talktime.
I contacted customer they said we cannot help u, u have received free ON NET minutes. But Why?

Their website still shows Rs. 76 recharge with 75MB+ Rs.66 talktime. And i want that not any kind of free minutes.
Please Help!
