balance deduction

&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;Location/place&lt;/b&gt;: delhi&lt;/p&gt;<p><b>Name of company/service</b>: reliance</p>sir, i have recharged 77 tariff on 19 february, for reliance to reliance call rate 20 paisa.but reliance have charged 50paisa per call, when i have complain to reliance 21.50paisa returned, but after 19 february i have talk about 300 rupees. reliance have not returned my rest money and call rate is now 50paisa, so what can i do.and today reliance have deduct 52 rupees,when i talked to customer care, he told you use internet but in my mobile no reliance setting then how can i use internet, plz sir i requet
