i am Airban Roy from kolkata. i have sent an international parcel to bangladesh on 4/02/2013 throgh DTDC courier service. they said it will reach there within 5 working days. but now it is 2/03/2013. but the parcel is not delivered. when i am complaining dtdc office they are avoiding my case and did not take it seriously. i sent things at DTDC airway bill no is N9260666. i donot know how to solve this matter. what can i do now? please help me.
