Hi,
I recharged my Airtel mobile number from www.airtel.in for 34/-
The plan follows as below
Rs. 34 Get 75 local mobile mins and 100 local + National SMS.
The money got deducted from my bank Account and I got a message and e-mail for recharge successful.
“Online recharge transaction has been processed successfully for your airtel prepaid mobile.
Transaction ID – 777013
Amount (Rs.) – 34.0
”
When I checked for the benefits ,I could not able to get any of them as balance got deducted while calling and sending SMS.
After contacting Airtel they lodged my complaint with ID CONRC30614331977 and sent me a revert message that “we tried contacting you but not able to contact you”.
Again I called them and they assigned me a new ID CBNRA30617953998 and again they sent me a same message that you were not available and your complaint has been resolved.
Again I called and this time they said that contact your Bank as we haven’t got any confirmation regarding your recharge.
I contacted my Bank and got the message that your transaction is successful and the money is credited to Airtel.
I contacted Airtel and they somehow tried to wash their hands by saying the same that we dont have any confirmation about your recharge but somehow after pressurizing them for the same they gave me a new complaint number CONRC30619318059.
Till now the complaint has not been resolved and I think they are fraud as this happened to me before also but I ignored due to a minimal amount of money involved.But what if they do this every-time and how many customers have been cheated just like this?
