I have a balance deduction of rs. 30 for three times in past one week without any reason . The company is auto subscribing my packs and neither unsubscribing nor customer care calls are in reach so that I can ask for money back . Poor internet service is another problem as I bought a 3g sim I’m getting problem in keeping the connection as my internet service become off and on automatically .
