Not refunding the amount

Hi,

I have placed an online order with order no 193023357 on May 25th,2013 And they delivered the products by 28th of May. Its was the worst in quality and i asked to arranged the return pick up. i called them on 29th May. I requested them over mail also. But they are making excuses. I called them million of times to arrange a pick for the product & refund my money. I have spend ample of time & money in making called to them. i have send them number of mails also. but they people are not doing anything. neither they are arranging a pick up nor they are responding the calls & nor they are refunding my amount. Kindly do the needful. Order no: 193023357
