Balance deducted

It’s not the first time,. I had my Internet usage balance of around 300 mb, and still they deducted balance from my account, of Rs. 30.
Its not the first time that it has happened. Called the customer care, and they told I browsed a chargeable site, whereas I was just downloading a file via torrent. Mailed them, and they told an event Imraan Hashmi was activated on my phone.
I’d faced auto activation of offers before hand, and they had activated DnD for me. And still they say the “event” was activated.

They’re jus fooling customers. I’d lost more than Rs. 100 through auto activated offers, and balance deductions. But this time, I need my money back.
