Now a days BSNL is offering online Music on Demand service through some BSNL Hungama service. We got calls from their service center. We told them we are not interested in this service. This happened two times. In spite of refusing the service, the service was activated by BSNL. And they have charged Rs 288.77. This is extremely disappointing.
I called their executive service at 1800 209 7010. They noted our complaint, but said that they cannot refund money since we only had asked them to activate by providing email id and mobile details.
This is a very poor management from BSNL and they should immediately stop this fraud activation.
Please help me and suggest how can I get the money back.
