Under warranty product not being repaired by the company

Name of company/service: Morphy Richards

I purchased a morphy richards inducduction stove on 15,Sept 2012 . But I started facing problems since march first week. I filed a complaint with morphy richards. But till now they have not resolved the problem. They came 2,3 times but gave lame reason for not repairing it.
Now I want my product replaced or a refund if in case this problem couldn’t be solved by the company.
