Today I have got a call from someone claiming her as monica sharma working in LDC of Tees Hazari Court. I was told that tata docomo filed a complaint against me (for nonpayment of my docomo no. 9039043380), and i can be arrested. I was advised to call Advocate RK Sharma (she gave me the number) and he told me that tata docomo filed a complaint against me for for nonpayment of bill and I have summoned to be appear in tees hazari court, Delhi. However, if i will pay my bill within next 1 hr the lawyer will not submit the file.
I was feeling lucky as I have already paid the bill in morning, thus i was bit confident and ignored the call. But again in evening I have received the call from monica sharma claiming her a LDC of Tees Hazari Court, I have recorded this call. In this call the caller is claiming her a LDC of tees hazari court and asking me give the receipt number. She was talking so rudely, so that I can fell myself an accused.
There are lots of reference on internet for such kind of activity by tatadacomo company (see below links). This is not only harrsing the customers, nut also running the reputation of indian judicial system. This must be considered as condemn of court. If a telecom company is making fake call in the name of a government organization, this should be considered as fraud.
Thus, I request you to file a complaint against tatadocomo company for making fraud, threatening the customers to give money and for condemn of tees hazari court.

Above links are sufficient to tell the impact of this crime. Tata Docomo is not only threatening the customers but also bit confident that nobody will take an action against them even if they will use the name of Indian judicial courts.
